Learn the foundations of resistance training in a non-intimidating environment. Our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers will instruct the fundamentals and progress participants safely and effectively.
It sounds so simple, and it is! Each workout will center on the different planes of movement that we engage in our activities of daily living: pushing, pulling, and carrying. This class meets 3 times per week and will focus on one modality per class.
With guidance by our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers, teens will learn the foundational skills of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. Trainers will progress participants safely through a range of physical activities, including instructional and supervised use of free weights, body weight exercises, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
This course is designed for those who are interested in running but have no idea how to begin or safely progress mileage. The Fun Run Club is also a great starting point for former runners who are looking to ease back into the sport. This course is non-competitive and designed for everyone to be successful as well as take the fear out of "running."
Intrigued by Triathlons but not crazy about the swim? Not excited to bike on the road? Dry Tri Training is for you! By utilizing Outdoor Training techniques (running, body-weight exercises, HIIT, etc.), you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself during this fun class.
