Fitness Offerings for Youth and Teens

The YMCA offers a variety of youth and teen fitness programming, including:

Brandywine YMCA

Athletic Conditioning

Whether it’s the pre-season or in-season, this small group training will focus on building upon the fundamentals of conditioning for an athlete to reach their maximum potential. Led by experienced trainers in the field of strength and conditioning, this program will cover: combo strength, cardio, speed, and agility.


Pre-Teen Fit at East Chestnut Fitness

The Pre-Teen Fit class is a conditioning program designed for athletes and non-athletes ages 11-13. The program combines age appropriate strength and interval training while increasing agility, mobility and flexibility. Social distanced, clean and limited space available.

ForeverWell and Offerings for Older Adults

Forevewell at the YMCA offers programming and activities for active older adults, ages 55+, with opportunities to stay active, get fit and be social with a community of peers. Offerings include:
