Tuition Discounts at Immaculata University

YMCA of Greater Brandywine employees receive 20% off tuition at Immaculata University. 

Anyone interested in taking advantage of the partnership discount must first fill out a free, online application to the College of Adult Professional Studies with Immaculata. (Students must enter the University through the College of Adult Professional Studies to pursue this discount. But, as an Adult Professional Studies Student, individuals can complete any of the Bachelor’s Degrees that Immaculata offers with the flexibility of full-time or part-time status. They also offer some evening programs and online programs.) 

 

Once this has been completed, you must email in an employment verification letter to capsadmissions@immaculata.edu. The letter must come from either HR or the employees direct supervisor, be on letterhead, and include the following:

  • Date of hire
  • Current employment status
  • Current branch(es) of employment

Retirement Account 403(b)

As early as your first day of employment, you can begin to save for retirement in a tax-deferred 403(b) Smart Account in the Savings Plan.  You can also roll over money from eligible employer pension plans or certain IRAs to a Rollover Account.

The YMCA of Greater Brandywine offers a wide variety of training and leadership development opportunities in addition to nationwide YMCA training opportunities. 

Employee Assistant Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a professional counseling and referral service designed to help employees with personal, family and job issues. The EAP is free, voluntary and strictly confidential.

Employee Referral Program

Refer a friend to work for the YMCA of Greater Brandywine and receive up to $75 per referral.

Employee Resource Groups

The Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee networks that offer community, camaraderie and connections to the Association, giving employees a sense of belonging. These networks emphasize the goal of employees coming together to increase their professional and social networks in an effort to strengthen professional development and business savvy.
