All workouts are based on functional movements and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

MORE ABOUT EAST CHESTNUT FITNESS

What is East Chestnut?

East Chestnut Fitness (ECF) is a small group training gym located inside the Oscar Lasko YMCA. We offer small classes for all levels and all bodies six days a week. We combine mobility and flexibility with strength and conditioning exercises to help you move better, be stronger, feel more confident in your skin! Whether you're using kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells or med balls, you're certain to burn calories at your intensity level. Do you have an injury holding you back? We'll work around that injury and modify any exercise to fit you! This is your workout! You only have one body, might as well take care of it!

Your first class is FREE. We'll even let you try it for a week for FREE! Check it out...I think you will like it!
