With guidance by our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers, teens will learn the foundational skills of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. Trainers will progress participants safely through a range of physical activities, including instructional and supervised use of free weights, body weight exercises, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
Under the guidance of a personal trainer, this 45-minute class will incorporate TRX suspension training and other equipment to create a fun and challenging workout for all levels. Class will meet once a week.
