With guidance by our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers, teens will learn the foundational skills of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. Trainers will progress participants safely through a range of physical activities, including instructional and supervised use of free weights, body weight exercises, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
Under the guidance of a personal trainer, this 45-minute class will incorporate TRX suspension training and other equipment to create a fun and challenging workout for all levels. Class will meet once a week.This class runs January to December and the price reflected shows the full year amount. Learn lifting fundamentals for squats, deadlifts, and bench press including proper form and spotting techniques. Each week will focus on one main lift. The fourth week will be a culminating week for members to "show what they know" and "train the trainer". Upon successful completion, youth members will be added to a lifting clinic list.
Learn the foundations of resistance training in a non-intimidating environment. Our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers will instruct the fundamentals and progress participants safely and effectively.
