HIIT Boot Camp - Family Friendly

A challenging class that combines cardio and strength training. This class consists of phases of high-intensity work such as jump squats, burpees, or alternating side lunges, followed by phases of moderate or low-intensity recovery. This class is family friendly which means that children 8 years old and up are welcome to attend with a parent.
