Steve has been helping people achieve their personal goals and live healthier lifestyles most of his career. Steve taught martial arts for over 40 years (20 years at the Y) and also worked as a counselor and teacher at Penn. State University and the University of Delaware (retired). A lifelong fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others reach their health and fitness goals, regardless of their past experience or condition.

My experience is working with 55 plus members on core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance and a strong advocate to empower and educate members to overcome obstacles and take part in a healthier lifestyle.
