Wendy is also an Ellis BLS/First Aid Trainer.
Wendy Young has been a certified personal trainer since 1998. She is currently the East Chestnut Fitness Coordinator where she coaches CrossFit style WODs and trains clients with bodyweight, dumbbell, kettlebell and barbell exercises.
Wendy believes you must enjoy your exercise routine in order to stick with it to experience healthy results. Her workouts are challenging and effective while tailoring to the needs of her clients. Wendy emphasizes good form and technique and educates her clients on injury prevention, flexibility, mobility and stabilization. She believes that people should move more and sit less! Any level and duration of exercise is still exercise but sitting still is not!
