I began working out when I was 14 years old. By the age of 20, I had developed a passion for fitness and wanted to help others reach their fitness goals. I also knew that If I prioritized my health and fitness early in life, I could avoid health issues caused by living an unhealthy lifestyle such as diabetes.
I obtained my certificate in certified personal training in 2003 and joined the YMCA team in 2010.
