The Evolt 360 is a state-of-the-art body composition scanner that provides a comprehensive report on your body metrics, including over 40 different measurements. It helps track your fitness goals, offers personalized nutrition advice and suggests supplements based on your goals. 
 

The Evolt 360 uses a non-invasive electrical current through your body to measure different tissue types. This provides accurate readings of body fat, muscle mass, water content and other vital metrics. 

The Evolt Active App is a companion app for the Evolt 360 scanner. It allows users to track body composition scans, receive individualized nutrition advice and monitor progress towards fitness goals.

For the most accurate results, you should: 

• Be well-hydrated 
• Avoid exercise before the scan 
• Avoid caffeine and alcohol 24 hours before the scan 

Yes, the Evolt 360 is safe and non-invasive. It uses a low-level electrical current, which involves a non-evasive electrical current that is painless and poses no health risks. Be advised that members who are pregnant, have cochlear implants or pacemakers are unable to use EVOLT 360. 
 

For consistent tracking and progress monitoring, it is recommended that you use the Evolt 360 every 4-8 weeks. This frequency allows for meaningful insights and adjustments to your fitness and nutrition plans. 
 

Yes, based on the body composition data, the Evolt Active App provides individualized calorie and macronutrient recommendations tailored to each your fitness goals.
