The YGBW Fit Truk is a wellness hub on wheels – and an important tool that will extend our mission to ensure that all members of the community have access to services, expertise and resources that support a healthy and fulfilling life – regardless of social determinants of health.
Chester County is spread out – and lacks a robust public transportation system. With the YGBW Fit Truk, we will extend our mission outside the walls of our branches, delivering health and wellness to neighborhoods, parks, schools and more.
Powered by the expertise of YGBW staff and partnerships with local healthcare providers, the YGBW Fit Truk will travel throughout Chester County, delivering health education, fitness demonstrations, youth programming and health screenings to our members, as well as the community at large.
