Kelly is an AAAI Certified Personal Trainer and ACE/CETI Cancer Exercise Specialist. She specializes in senior fitness, balance and circuit training. Kelly is a breast cancer survivor. She learned first-hand how vital exercise was to her recovery process. Exercise helped her regain her strength and confidence back. It helped find herself again. Kelly wanted to show others the benefits of exercise. Personal training seemed like the best way to get the job done
