Ninja Parkour
This 60-minute class teaches skills like vaulting, jumping, precision's, flips, climbing techniques and more. These skills are then used together to move through all sorts of environments. Learning these things will help boost confidence and encourage an exercise-rich and healthy lifestyle, ages 6 - 18.

Adult Gymnastics
Gymnastics is not just for kids! this 60-minute class is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics skills to beginner, intermediate and advanced gymnasts. It is a dymamic workout that tones the body while promoting mental and physical flexibility, for ages 18+

*Gymnastic Team is invitation only.

Pre-Team 1 (Academy)
This one-hour program is for 3-6-year-olds. The focus is on building upon the strength, flexibility and gymnastics progressions learned in preschool gymnastics classes.

Pre-Team 2 (Academy)

Students receive advanced instruction for those considering competitive gymnastics. Gymnasts will train for two 1.5-hour days per week, a total of 3 hours per week.
