We are thrilled to share that as of January 1, 2018, all branches of the YMCA of Greater Brandywine are accepting SilverSneakers, a fitness program available through certain health insurance programs that offer seniors a YMCA membership.

Through this program, we are able to offer even more seniors the resources they need to stay active and live long, healthy and independent lives. Eligible seniors can work out in our fitness centers, join in hundreds of group exercise classes—some of which are specifically designed to meet the health needs of seniors, enjoy educational and social programs, connect with others and much more. 

To see if your current Medicare Advantage plan includes the Silver Sneakers benefit, contact your health plan directly. If eligible, bring your Tivity Health ID Card and photo ID to any of our branches to enroll.
