Tumble With Me
Ages 2 - 3
Children and their grown-ups will have a blast discovering the fun of gymnastics together. Our youngest gymnasts, ages 2-3, will tumble, jump, balance, and hang as they explore the world around them on mats, beams, and bars. Children are encouraged to explore as their grown-up supports and encourages them. Enjoy quality time on the move!

Tumble Just Me
Ages 4 - 5
Children will flip for this gymnastics class as they begin to learn body control and coordination. Young gymnasts, ages 4-5, will explore the balance beam, learn floor exercises, and tumble on mats as they build independence. They'll love to show you their forward rolls and donkey kicks!

Tumble Just Me 1
Age 3
Our 3 year-olds will flip for this gymnastics class as they begin to learn about gross and fine motor skills. Young gymnasts will explore the balance beams and tumble on mats.

Tumble Just Me 2
Age 4 - 5
Young gymnasts ages 4-5 will flip for this class and will explore the balance beam and learn floor exercises combined with tumbling on mats.

Level 1 Gymnastics
Ages 5 - 18
This program is for beginners with little or no experience and intermediates familiar with basic gymnastics skills. Students learn stretching and flexibility techniques and receive instruction on vault, bars, beam and floor.
Level 2 Gymnastics
Ages 5 - 18
This program is for gymnasts with at least one year at level 1 or coach's recommendation. Gymnasts receive intermediate to advanced instruction as they learn stretching and flexibility techniques for the vault, bars, beam and floor.
Adaptive Gymnastics
Ages 5 - 17
Our Adaptive Ability Gymnastics class provides gymnastics instruction for children with developmental and/or orthopedic challenges. The class, taught by a certified special education gymnastics coach, is small in size with a small gymnast-to-coach ratio.

Adult Gymnastics
Ages 18 +
Gymnastics is just not for kids! This class is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics skills to beginner, intermediate, and advanced gymnasts. It is a dynamic workout that tones the body while promoting mental and physical flexibility.
Competitive Gymnastics Offerings

Compulsory Development Program
Gymkittens/Level 2 - This is the first level for our team and is a compulsory level of competition, meaning that all gymnasts perform a set routine by USAG on the four events. Gymnasts will compete in two YMCA League meets plus League championships in March and YMCA State Championships in April if they qualify. Gymkittens train 3 hours total per week and is a year-round sport.
Gymnastics Level 3, Level 4 & Level 5 - This is a compulsory level of competition, meaning that all gymnasts perform a set routine by USAG on the events. Gymnasts will compete in four YMCA League meets plus the YMCA League championship in March and YMCA State Championships only if they qualify. Level 3’s train six hours a week, and Level 4’s and 5’s train eight hours a week all year long.
Optional Development Program
Gymnastics Level 6, Level 7, Level 8 & Level 9 - This is an optional only level, meaning that the gymnast and their coach create routines using specific guidelines from USAG for that particular level and appropriate skill from the USAG Code of Points. Gymnasts will compete in four YMCA League meets plus League Championships in March and YMCA State Championship and Nationals if they qualify. We also have implemented two USAG Club Invitationals throughout the competitive season. Optional Level Gymnasts train nine hours per week, all year round.
XCEL Program
This level is a transitional level for gymnasts who struggle with some of the requirements/skills of the Development Program. One of the main purposes of this level is to keep gymnasts included in the great sport of gymnastics and all the great things this sport can offer such as confidence, physical fitness, and discipline. XCEL has different tiers. We offer, Silver, Gold, Platinum & Diamond, with a gymnast mobilizing through as she learns more skills. XCEL Gymnasts will compete in four YMCA League Meets plus League Championships in March and YMCA State Championship in April if they qualify. Platinum and Diamond will attend Nationals, if they qualify for the National Event.
