Welcome to YMCA Camp Octorara— where every day is an adventure! From splashing in the pool to creating masterpieces in arts and crafts, campers dive into a summer filled with discovery, friendship, and fun. Located at the Octorara YMCA, located in Atglen, Pa, our camps offer something for everyone — whether you’ve got a curious explorer, an energetic athlete, or a teen ready to lead. Kids enjoy daily swimming, the gaga pit, nature trails, open sports fields, creative arts, field trips, in house experiences and so much more. At Camp Octorara, every day brings a new reason to smile! 

Fun activities at Camp Octorara include Friday swimming, gaga pit, playgrounds and arts and crafts.

NEW FOR 2026! We're taking Field Trips with our Traditional Campers during weeks 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10! In House experiences will be on campus weeks 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11.

Preschool Summer Camps

Ages 3 - 5

Our caring and experienced staff will provide fun and stimulating experiences through hands-on activities including crafts, stories, songs, games swimming and much more!

Day Camps

Kindergarten – 6th Grade 

YMCA day campers enjoy a wide variety of activities including arts & rafts, field games, sports, theme activities and daily free swim. 

Camp Add-Ons

Need to drop off prior to 8:45 AM? Register for AM Spark time and add care from 7 AM - 9 AM to your camp day. 

PM Spark Time (4 - 6 PM) is free with camp registration!
