The YMCA has been America's leading swim instructor for more than 100 years and is the most accessible community resource for swimming lessons and water safety. We offer swimming lessons for all ages and stages.
Individuals who are at least eight years old and have a YMCA green band are invited to participate in our diving instruction. Classes take place in our 12 foot diving well on our one-meter board.
