Teen Fit is a strength and conditioning program designed for athletes and non-athletes ages 11-18. The program combines age appropriate weight lifting with high intensity interval training to deliver top fitness and performance, while increasing agility, mobility and flexibility. Cost shown reflects the annual rate and payments are charged monthly. New registrations are accepted anytime and there is no commitment so cancellation can be requested.
In this class we use various functional movements performed at high intensity that reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
