We feel like the Y is part of our family.

When my daughter was born in 2017, we needed child care.  I used the Y myself as a kid and worked part time at the Y before she was born.  I knew the Y was the place for us.

  
Shortly after we started coming to the Y for child care, my fiancé lost his job.  The cost of care was too much for me.  The staff told me that the Y could give us the help we needed.  Thanks to that support, my daughter has been part of the Y child care program from early infancy until she graduated from preschool at the age of five.  Today my younger son is part of that same Y child care program.  

We feel like the Y is part of our family.  

The teachers love my kids as would their own.  I know my kids are taken well care of – they are safe and loved.  We’ve loved every teacher we’ve had at the Y.

Were it not for the help we’ve received at the Y, we would have struggled to afford care.  I’m thankful for those that are able to give to the Y, making that possible.
