SilverSneakers Circuit class focuses on improving cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and functional movement patterns. Offering standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body resistance work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball.
