- Summer Family Fitness Classes ☀️
With the kiddos home for the summer, we want to help you get in your workout - and your quality time! All summer long, all Group Exercise classes (except for Aqua, InStudio Virtual and BODYPUMP classes) are family friendly. That means children ages 8+ can attend with a guardian!
Note that our schedule will not be updated to rename all classes as family friendly. But, as long as you aren't looking at an Aqua, InStudio Virtual or BODYPUMP class during a summer month, assume that the class is family friendly.
- Summer Group Ex Launch | July 17 - 19
From July 17 - 19, we're bringing the beach to you! Our Group Exercise team will be rolling out new music, new moves and fun summer themes. Now is the perfect time to freshen up your routine or try that class you've been meaning to try.
- Outdoor Fitness Classes
Want to take advantage of the summer weather while fitting in your workout? We've got you covered with outdoor Group Exercise classes. Outdoor class options vary by date and branch - so check our schedule before heading to the Y.
- Aqua Fit Classes
Whether indoor or outdoor, summer is the best time to take your workout to the pool. Aqua Fitness classes offer a low impact way to move your body and will leave you feeling refreshed. We offer a catalog of Aqua Fit classes - so take your pick!
- Pop Up Fitness Classes
Pop-Up Group Exercise classes help to keep your fitness routine fresh. Our team adds new classes regularly, so check out the schedule - and check back often!
