Membership at this state-of-the-art facility includes access to nine indoor pickleball courts on 25,000 square feet of unobstructed space. Find adjusted holiday hours and closures.

At Pickleball Center, you'll find a community of players of all levels and enjoy professional quality lighting and court surfaces. Pickleball Center members also have access to private pickleball lessons, clinics, leagues, special events and more! Plus, you'll enjoy the convenience that comes with not having to pay per play through our monthly fee structure.

YMCA Pickleball Center members will be permitted to bring guests for $15/person per playtime if space is available. Members will have priority for registering for playtime. Members can contact the Center 48 hours in advance of their requested playtime to determine if space will be available for guests.

A guest can try the Center a maximum of three times before a membership is required.

Memberships for YMCA Pickleball Center at Downingtown may be added on to an existing YGBW membership. If you are not a YGBW member, you can purchase a membership to just Pickleball Center. 

  • Current YMCA of Greater Brandywine Members - $64/month
    Current YGBW members can choose to add the Pickleball Center membership to their existing membership package for $59 per month per adult individual. Purchase today.
     
  • Pickleball Center Only Memberships - $107/month
    Individuals interested in joining only the Pickleball Center (those without a current YGBW membership) will be charged a one-time $125 join fee, plus $125 per individual for their Center-only membership. Purchase today.


Memberships are being limited to ensure those who join have plenty of play time on our courts. YGBW members who do not choose to add Pickleball Center to their YGBW membership will continue to enjoy access to the existing branch locations.

Additional fees will apply to lessons and clinics with discounted pricing available to members.

  • More than 80 hours per week of facility access with multiple courts for open skill level play. The facility will be open from 8 AM - 9 PM on weekdays and 8 AM - 7 PM on weekends. View schedules.

Members who have a Downingtown Pickleball Center membership and are full YMCA of Greater Brandywine family members may utilize child watch services at any YGBW branch for no additional charge (up to 3 hours) when they have scheduled time to play at the pickleball center. 

In general, family members who would like to utilize the off-site pickleball center and child watch, can drop their child(ren) off at any open YMCAGBW child watch centers before heading to the offsite courts. Parents/Guardians will pick child(ren) up after their pickleball session. The child(ern) may stay in child watch up to 3 hours.
