You can update your account online or contact our Childcare Admin .
In order to cancel or withdraw from childcare or Montessori programs, we need 30 days' written notice to your location's Director and Childcare Admin Team. There is no refund unless we close the program. We will credit you with the days we are closed.
The payer must provide form of payment for automatic payment which is drafted every Sunday prior to care.
There is a $25 registration fee for all childcare programs. If your child is not currently enrolled, four weeks of tuition will be drafted upon registration and applied towards your first four weeks of care. This deposit is nonrefundable.
Log into your YMCA account and select the “View Family Member’s Schedule” hyperlink on the right-hand side. Select the name of the child and the Camp/Childcare schedule details to view a weekly layout.

Our highest priority is always protecting the health and safety of your children, our staff and our members. Due to COVID-19, procedures and protocols are based on the latest directives and recommendations provided by the CDC, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the State of Pennsylvania.
Our talented team continually works to ensure the safest experience possible, while ensuring children still have every opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. Please review our protocols.
All staff are trained on social distancing, stable groups, cleaning and disinfecting (according to CDC guidelines), virus spread reduction practices as well as required handwashing. Each branch has a designated staff member responsible for making sure that all program participants as well as staff, adhere to the requirements.
Our childcare, Montessori and Kindergarten programs use Tadpoles for sign-in and sign-out.
All registered childcare participants and school-aged childcare families will be provided with a link to ePACT, our HIPPA-Compliant system for managing medical information and emergency contacts, prior to the start of care. Information provided to ePACT is owned by you and our staff will be provided access while your child(red) are in our program.
Parents can update their forms and information in ePACT at any time throughout the year.
Note: EPact must be completed prior to your child's first day of care
A YMCA membership is not required to register for care, however, we do offer discounts for childcare for our YGBW members.
If you want the membership rates for childcare, you must remain an active member during program enrollment.
