Healthy Kids Day 2025

Each year, the YMCA of Greater Brandywine participates in Healthy Kids Day, a national movement celebrated at YMCAs across the country. This annual event helps to inspire healthy habits in kids and families just before summer comes along.

To improve families’ health and well-being and to get parents thinking early about what their kids need to grow and achieve all summer long, the YMCA of Greater Brandywine hosts annual Healthy Kids Day events across Chester County.

• Free and open to the public - As part of our mission to focus on healthy spirit, mind and body for all, we are proud to offer Healthy Kids Day to the community, free of charge. 
• Summer Camp preview - Summer is just around the corner and we have options to keep children safe, active and fulfilled all summer long. Our camp staff will be on hand at Healthy Kids Day to answer give you a preview of Summer Camp and to any questions that you have.
