    Our Evidence-Based Health Initiatives (EBHI) are designed to support long-term wellness and include offerings like LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA for cancer survivors, Enhance® Fitness for aging adults and our Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program.     The Fit Truk brings fitness to you - offering large group sessions, small group workouts and personalized one-on-one training across Chester County. Perfect for employee wellness programs, school sports, community events, birthday parties, health screenings with a healthcare provider and more. The Fit Truk is designed for every individual, including adaptive participants, seniors and youth.
