Getting enough rest, water, movement and nutrients each day is critical to maintaining good health. Yet it is increasingly challenging in our fast-paced world.

We all *know* that nothing is more important than our health. But when life gets busy, we often deprioritize healthy habits - especially as the holiday season approaches.

“There’s no denying that it can be hard to focus on healthy habits during the holiday season,” comments Jackie Canan, Senior Director of Group Exercise. “But we’re with you. We’re all experiencing the same challenges.”

To inspire you to recommit to healthy habits, we've compiled a list of six things that aren't more important than your health - but often get in the way of a healthy lifestyle. We invite you to check in on your habits and commit to focusing on one or two healthy habits for the rest of the year.
