Fit Truk Packages

The YGBW Fit Truk can provide a simultaneous and immersive workout for up to 40 individuals with integrated equipment such as squat racks, cable towers, rowers, landmines, suspension trainers, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes and more - all utilized under the guidance of YMCA Trainers. It also features audio/video components, a private indoor office equipped with an EVOLT 360 Body Composition scanner and refrigerator.

Elevate employee health with our Corporate Wellness Packages. The Fit Truk brings fitness classes and health screenings directly to your workplace for a unique and engaging experience.

Corporate Wellness Packages

Packages start at just $350 per hour (two-hour minimum)

Bring the Fit Truk to your workplace to boost employee health, engagement and productivity. Packages are available in a 2- or 4- hour format for up to 40 employees and include a fitness class(es) of your choice as well as wellness instruction led by YMCA trainers.

Optional Add Ons:

Wellness Profile and Assessment: $35 per employee (includes EVOLT Scan)
EVOLT 360 Body Composition Scans: $25 per employee

Students and athletes will enjoy an exciting way to stay active with our Fit Truk PE & Wellness Experience, brought directly to your school or athletic program.

School Physical Education & Sport Performance Packages

Packages start at just $250 per hour.

We bring engaging fitness programs directly to your school or program, tailored for different age groups and fitness levels. Whether you're looking to help students build healthier habits or build strength, there is a program for you.

Offerings Include:

PE & Student Wellness Package - $250 per hour
- Fitness Fun - Age appropriate workouts designed to keep students moving and engaged.
- Health & Wellness Talks - Interactive discussions on the importance of physical activity, movement and lifelong wellness habits.
School Sports Performance Package - $350 per hour
- Hit & Strength Training - Build endurance, power and overall fitness.
- Sport-Specific Conditioning - Tailored workouts for different sports to improve agility, speed and performance.
- Youth Speed, Agility & Quickness Training (SAQ) - Focuses on athletic development, agility drills and sport-specific movement.
- Injury Prevention Clinics - Reduce injury risks with expert-led mobility, stretching and movement fundamentals.
- Workshops & Clinics - Focus on flexibility, recovery and proper training techniques for student athletes.

Through partnerships with healthcare providers, the Fit Truk is available to bring wellness services directly to the community!

Healthcare & Community Event Packages

Flexible package options start at between $1,500 - $1,900 per day
