Learning Life Skills Together (LLST) is a program designed to help parents and caregivers support youth mental health by modeling and practicing four essential skills: Attention, Balance, Resilience, and Connection. The program is accessible, culturally adaptable, and can be integrated into everyday family life. Each session is led by highly qualified staff from West Chester University. Participants will be introduced to the program, with instructions on how to access, register, and complete the Learning Life Skills Together (LLST) program. This is a 4-week virtual series meeting on Tuesdays from 7:30 to 8:30pm - March 3, 17, 24, 31 (no meeting on March 10).https://www.lifeskillspa.org/
