Denise L. Day
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Denise L. Day, president and CEO, is a nationally respected YMCA leader in membership, program development and fundraising. She spearheaded the renovation and re-opening of the former downtown West Chester Area YMCA into what is now the Oscar Lasko YMCA and Childcare Center.
Her passion for fundraising led her to establish the YMCA of Greater Brandywine's current annual support practices, resulting in over $1.2 million in annual donations to the Y's annual campaign each year. Denise has been recognized for her work on behalf of children and families and is the recipient of the 2012 March of Dimes Achievement Award for Excellence in Public Service.
