Youth Stage 3: Water Stamina

Our Youth Stage 3: Water Stamina lessons are ideal for school age children who can swim 15 yards without assistance and without a flotation device while their face is in the water. In these lessons, children learn how to safely swim for longer than 10 yards, practice rhythmic breathing and develop coordinated arm and leg action while swimming. Prerequisite: Completion of Stage 2.Not sure what level lessons to enroll your child in? We are happy to discuss this with you and/or provide a free swim assessment to determine the correct level for your child. Contact the aquatics director at your branch for details.
