Senior - Annual

This level is for swimmers who aspire to swim at the highest level of competition. Stroke mechanics, conditioning, goal setting, dry land training, and mental conditioning are emphasized. 85% to 90% attendance is expected. The Senior groups meet 6 times per week for 120-plus minutes in addition to 2-3 dryland training sessions per week.
