This intense training session, geared toward experienced players and tournament level juniors, is an ideal way to stay sharp during the summer. Each day starts with cardio, agility, mobility, and strength training and progresses into dedicated skill development, live-ball drills, and point play. Afternoons focus on match play and feature singles/doubles strategies. A daily rec swim will be available.
Campers will work on basic tennis skills through upbeat drills and games. Players use low compression balls and size appropriate equipment in order to learn the game comfortably and at their own pace. No prior tennis experience is necessary and players will be introduced to Pickleball as well. A daily recreational swim is included.
This camp is designed to help players learn and improve their tennis ability through fun games and drills. Each day campers work with a coach on physical fitness, motor skills, good sportsmanship, and agility. Power Hitters enjoy a recreational swim period each day and will participate in other general camp activities.
