Fit Camp - WCAY - 2021

Fit Camp is a fun and rewarding opportunity to get in shape during camp! This program is only available for teen campers and is an optional add-on to camp. From Monday through Thursday, teen campers will have supervised full access to workout indoors and outdoors from 12pm-1pm. Two of the days will feature age-appropriate workouts designed and coached by one of our personal trainers! Workouts will focus on learning how to use the equipment, all elements of conditioning, and developing correct movements to become stronger!
