Athletes will partake in performance designed programming focusing on skill and athletic development. This program is designed to gradually increase athletic performance by building upon the current foundation through badminton instruction as well as athletic conditioning in a small group training setting. Sessions will consist of two (2) badminton days and one (2) strength and conditioning hour long sessions per week. Badminton sessions will be held in the Lionville Community YMCA Gymnasium. Strength and Conditioning will be held in the wellness center at the Lionville Community YMCA.
Youth clinic for badminton focusing on footwork, grips, techniques, and other fundamentals. Sessions will focus a lot in building up the fundamentals. Kids will be grouped according to ability and will be given level appropriate instructions.Badminton racquet and non-marking shoes required preferably badminton/ volleyball or basketball shoes.
