Adult Couch To 5K Running Program
Spending too much time on the couch these days and maybe acquired the “quarantine 15?” Then let us help! Get in the groove while easing into an active lifestyle that will prepare you for a 5K in just eight weeks! Your coach will guide you every step of the week, meeting weekly and providing you with an easy-to-follow weekly training schedule. Then join together on Saturday, 11/14, for a 5K fun run! Minimum of six participants needed per class.Masks or face shields are required.
