Youth Total Sports Conditioning Program: Ages 8-11

Enhance your performance and strength in this engaging class that teaches youth how to exercise with medicine balls, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, ladders and more. Pre- and post-testing is included to show progress. Minimum of six participants needed per class. Masks or face shields are required.
