Youth Physical Education Program: Ages 10-12

Equip your child with the tools to develop an active and healthy lifestyle now. In this class, they will learn how to use the YMCA’s cardio and strength equipment in ways that are appropriate and safe, as well as engaging in small group training activities. Minimum of six participants needed per class.Masks or face shields are required.
