Teen Wellness Circuit
Equip your child with the tools to develop a healthy lifestyle by building his or her skills in strength training. Strength training builds strong muscles and can improve posture and balance. It also helps to prevent injuries, tone and shape and increase lean body mass which can increase metabolism and burn fat at a higher rate. Our certified trainers guide youth through safe and appropriate exercises for their age and ability. Minimum of six participants needed per class. Masks are required.
