Mindfulness For Well-Being In The New Year
Join us for this Mindfulness for Well-Being class to set intentions and support your mental health and well-being for the new year. Key Mindfulness practices will be used to cultivate more self-awareness, reduce stress, and live with greater ease through this interactive weekly training. Basic breathing techniques, guided body scans, sitting and mindful movement guided meditations, and lessons that include supportive resources that will support a healthier 2023. All levels of experience with Mindfulness welcome. Led by teacher trained Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction instructor trained through the University of Pennsylvania and University of California -San Diego.
