Obstacle Course Training
This class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training using unconventional equipment. For those interested in Tough Mudders, Mudderellas, Spartan Races, etc., this class will help you get more familiar with some of the obstacles you will encounter in these races. Our CAN Obstacle Course Class will inspire you to try new ways to get strong. Be ready to work hard in a group, be a team player, and motivate others. You will sweat a lot, get dirty, and love to hate the workout!
