Weightlifting Club

Our Weightlifting Club is designed to encourage and strengthen all avid weightlifters. Learn awareness, skills, and technique when it comes to lifting weights. This program will also guide participants in mental health, self-confidence, and self discipline through the fun of lifting weights.
