Ashley specializes in weight training and muscle building, weight loss, women's fitness, HIIT and Muay Thai. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Muay Thai School USA Certified Muay Thai Personal Trainer.

I grew up active but fitness steadily became a passion of mine as I learned there was much more than just "surface level" training. As a competitive horse rider for over ten years and a martial artist for five, I know what it takes to bring your body to the top levels of sport, but also what it takes to feel good in your skin and lead a healthy life. I believe any goal is achievable when the right work is applied and that's what I want to instill in all my clients, while also helping to find the joy in each individual's health and fitness journey!
