I've always used fitness to maintain my physical and mental health. Whenever I dealt with difficulties, fitness was there. I wound up getting Lyme Disease in 2019, which made me so sick I couldn't work out for a few months. When I recovered, I vowed to never take my health for granted again. My passion for fitness drove me to become a personal trainer so I could help others reclaim their health too.
