Helen is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer at the Upper Main Line YMCA in Berwyn, PA. She specializes in HIIT, Small Group and Online Training and Weight/Resistance Training. Her favorite exercise is a full-body HIIT workout!

I began my journey with fitness six years ago, where I was born and raised, in Queens, NY. After experimenting with a few different training methods, I found my passion in interval training for both strength/core-focused and cardiovascular conditioning. My husband (Devin) and I are parents to two children, Madeline (6) and Henry (4). My approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate programming with a specific focus on interval training, core strength and cardiovascular conditioning. My goals are to establish a foundation with each of my clients to understand their personal fitness goals and customize the workouts to meet each client's specific needs.
