Try a New (Online) Workout!
There are many ways to get your workout in at home, but if you're getting bored doing the same thing, why not try a new workout in a new way? Whether you typically take a yoga class or a BODYPUMP class, you may find something below that challenges you in a new way.
1. LIVE Classes
Have you ever tuned into a live Facebook video before? The YMCA of Greater Brandywine is offering a live group exercise series (view our current schedule) on Facebook that we think you'd LOVE!

2. Need Something Gentle?
It's extremely important to continue to move right now but make sure to listen to your body when you are working out. If you're looking for something a bit lighter than our live exercise classes, we have specific playlists on Youtube.

3. Family Friendly
Ever thought about taking the family for a run together? Since endorphins transmit positive energy into the nervous system, you and your children will probably be happier and more focused in your daily lives after a family run! Or you could do your very own obstacle course. Brian explains that below.

We know our members love their LES MILLS classes! We have been given permission from LES MILLS to record our very own classes (not with the typical music, but challenge accepted). Here's those familiar faces you love on our LES MILLS Youtube Playlist.
We also can provide their full free catelog of at home workouts.
