PREPARING FOR YOUR 5K:

Whether this is your first 5K or your 100th...it's still a good idea to keep in mind some standard tips when preparing for your 5k.  We encourage you to get a good night's sleep, eat well the day before, fuel yourself accordingly with a healthy, but light, breakfast, and allow ample time to arrive and get settled.
